Is it a resort or a fitness centre?

It is a 5-star based health resort where we will have our customized 90-day program which will be customized as per individual customers depending on their physical and mental temperament, likes, preferences etc.

How long is the fitness plan?

As we mentioned it is a 90-day plan where the customers will come and do the routines as designed for them

What are the fees for the 90-day plan?

The fees are in the range of KD 300-600 depending on the various amenities, facilities and activities that the customer wants in the plan.

Is it an only male or only females’ centres?

The health resort is for both males and females – but we have different days and timings for males and different days and timings for female members to avoid clash.

​

When is the health resort going to open in Kuwait?

We will be opening the health resort likely around January 2018 ending.
